Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen and you may need to cancel. Lovely Aesthetics Co has a 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment please notify us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.
If you must reschedule your appointment, a minimum 48 hours in advance notice is required or the booking fee cannot be used as a credit. If you cancel within the 48 hour window you forfeit your booking fee and cannot use it as credit. Any other future bookings will require an additional booking fee to make an appointment.
If you are 10 minutes late or No Show for your appointment you forfeit 100% of your booking fee. We run on a tight schedule and cannot accommodate for tardiness. Please arrive on time for your appointment.
